Refund policy

Chantalle Designs only accepts product returns for up to 14 days after initial collection and customers must present their CD receipts.

Chantalle Designs offers two types of returns/refunds: 

If the product is returned and deemed untarnished, within the required 14-day period, customers will have the option to exchange their purchase for a product of equal or lesser value OR to return it and be refunded via Bank Transfer or PayPal, exclusive of 50% non-refundable, restocking fee. 

If the product being returned is deemed defective, then customers will be given a 100% refund on their purchase. 

PLEASE INSPECT YOUR ORDER UPON COLLECTION AND CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY IF THE PRODUCT(S) ARE DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED OR IF YOU RECEIVED THE WRONG ORDER SO THAT WE CAN INVESTIGATE AND RESOLVE THE ISSUE.
